Manager - Sales Training - Hospitality

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Coaching & Field Support :

Travel across 5 key locations over 12 days to support RMs during live B2B and B2C calls.

Provide real-time coaching focused on :

1. Enhancing call effectiveness.

2. Improving conversion metrics.

3. Supporting Mid and BQ performers with targeted interventions.

Skill Reinforcement & Capability Building :

1. Reinforce FIT Sales Inner Mindset & Outer Skill framework through live simulations and feedback.

2. Facilitate role plays, case studies, and sales scenario simulations to deepen learning.

Performance Enablement :

Help RMs build confidence in handling diverse sales scenarios including:

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation

2. Client Meetings & Need Analysis

3. Objection Handling & Negotiation

4. Closing Sales & Relationship Management

Support RMs in creating and executing weekly sales activity plans and go-to-market strategies.

Expected Outcomes :

Qualifications & Experience :

- Preferably from Hospitality Background

- 10 to15 years of proven experience in sales training, performance coaching, or sales enablement.

- Strong understanding of B2B - MICE and B2C sales dynamics.

- Familiarity with FIT Sales Selling Skills Workshop or similar frameworks.

- Willingness to travel and work closely with field teams.
