The Opportunity:

Own growth for high-performance yarns and filaments across India and select global accounts. You'll drive commercialization with R&D and manufacturing, deepen key relationships (OEMs, converters, distributors), and open new markets in PPE, composites, ropes/cordage, ballistic fabrics, filtration, and industrial textiles.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Account Leadership: Manage and expand strategic accounts; build a qualified pipeline and deliver quarterly targets.

Commercialization: Partner with R&D/plant on trials, qualifications, and scale-up; convert applications to repeat business.

Market Development: Map segments, assess demand/sizing, and craft entry strategies for new applications and geographies.

Deal Making: Own pricing, proposals, and contracts; steer T&Cs to win long-cycle, high-value deals.

Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align supply, quality, and logistics for on-time, in-spec deliveries; maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene.

Voice of Customer: Capture technical and commercial feedback to influence portfolio, specs, and GTM.

Ideal Profile:

- 5-7 years in technical yarns/filaments (aramid/UHMWPE/carbon fibre or adjacent high-performance materials).

- Strong network with OEMs, converters, and distributors in industrial/defence/safety/composites.

- Proven solution-selling across lengthy qualification cycles; consistent target achievement.

- Degree in Textiles/Polymer/Materials/Chemical Engineering (MBA preferred).

- Comfortable with frequent travel and executive-level negotiations.
