Position: Sales Manager - Taste & Nutrition

Position Overview :

We are looking for a Sales Assistant Manager to join our Taste & Nutrition team. This is a remote position that offers an excellent opportunity to work across various regional territories in India and contribute to the company's growth in the global market.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the savory, snacks, and seasoning sectors promotion of flavor enhancers, clean label solutions.

Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams (marketing, R&D, operations) to deliver tailored solutions and support business objectives.

Market Research & Reporting : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

B2B Sales : Oversee B2B sales, focusing on food ingredients, seasonings, and snack products.

Product Expertise : Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product offerings, particularly in the savory, seasoning, and snacks categories, to effectively engage customers.

Qualifications & Experience :

Experience : 2-5 years of experience in sales or techno-commercial roles, ideally in the savory, seasoning, or snacks sectors.

Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the B2B food ingredients industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs in the savory and seasoning sectors.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES :

1. Develop New Projects in Coordination with APAC Food Division Head and Distributors.

2. Implement Marketing and Sales Strategies defined.

3. Price & Contract Handling with Global Key Accounts/ Distributors, Shipment planning and documentation works.

4. Marketing Survey and Participating in Food Exhibitions for New Business Opportunities.

5. Monthly & Weekly Report Submission to Food Business Sales APAC Head.

6. Daily Follow Up and coordinating with Bangkok Office for sales contract, commercial orders dispatches and planning.

7. Attending Sales review meeting in Overseas CJ Head Offices
