Job Title: Manager - Sales Strategy & Channel Performance (Credit Life Insurance)

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Credit Life business, including the design, monitoring, and management of key performance indicators (KPIs) across PAN India operations.

- Drive initiatives to enhance premium growth, market share, and channel productivity through effective engagement with Channel Managers and Business Teams.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance through various organizational metrics, dashboards, and MIS reports to ensure business efficiency, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

- Manage and resolve escalations from partners and customers by providing timely and effective solutions, ensuring high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.

- Support capability building within the business team by conducting periodic training programs on new and existing products, processes, and business initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely execution of business requirements.

- Prepare and launch monthly channel goal sheets and develop performance review presentations to provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

- Track channel-wise deliverables, conduct performance analysis, and provide actionable insights to improve channel effectiveness and achieve business objectives.

- Ensure timely delivery of ad hoc channel-related data requests, reports, and analytical insights to support business decision-making.

- Effectively manage multiple stakeholders and priorities while ensuring smooth execution of strategic and operational initiatives.
