Budget (CTC we can offer) : Upto 30 LPA (30% hike from CCTC).

Shift Timings : General Shift.

Role : Sales Manager - RPO/MSP.

- The Sales Manager for Managed Service Provider (MSP) staffing will serve as a strategic lead responsible for driving business growth and managing high-value relationships within the contingent workforce ecosystem.

- In this role, you will navigate complex MSP and VMS environments to secure new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. You will work closely with internal recruitment delivery teams, client program managers, and executive stakeholders to ensure that VARITE's staffing solutions align with the evolving talent needs of our enterprise clients.

- Your primary impact will be measured by your ability to increase market share, optimize fill rates, and maintain long-term, profitable partnerships within the staffing industry.

Experience :

- 8 - 15 years in enterprise sales within MSP RPO, Total Talent, Staffing, or HR Tech.

- Must have experience in GCC enterprise level of sales.

- Strong exposure to Indian enterprise and multinational clients.

Skills & Competencies :

- Consultative, solution-led selling mindset (beyond transactional staffing).

- Strong commercial acumen and advanced deal negotiation skills.

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate long sales cycles.

- Comfortable working with global stakeholders in matrixed teams.

Knowledge :

Deep understanding of :

1. MSP sales.

2. Talent Acquisition operating models.

3. Hiring tech ecosystems (ATS, CRM, AI sourcing tools).

4. Workforce planning and scalability in India.
