Role Overview:
- We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in the staffing and recruitment industry.
- The role focuses on client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth across AP & Telangana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales for staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions.
- Acquire new clients across IT, Non-IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, and Services sectors.
- Manage key client accounts and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure successful closures.
- Prepare proposals, pricing models, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Track pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales MIS.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in staffing / recruitment sales.
- Strong client network across AP & Telangana.
- Proven ability to close manpower/recruitment deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
