Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Professional to be part of our Special Project Sales Team. This role is designed for individuals who are deeply passionate about building the EV commercial industry and thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Take full ownership of achieving aggressive sales targets for the new product/project.
- Market Share: Develop and execute strategies to capture and expand market share targets as defined for the new initiative.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders to design and implement efficient operational processes.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive studies of the market and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities for the product, project, or expansion into new geographies.

Qualifications:
- A strong passion for the Electric Vehicle (EV) commercial sector.
- MBA from Tier 1 college
- Proven track record in sales and achieving market growth.
- Excellent communication and process-design skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to high performance.
