Key Responsibilities:


- Drive direct sales engagement for complex sales opportunities across Large, Medium, and Small Enterprise accounts


- Prospect, cold call, qualify opportunities, and manage enterprise-level sales discussions


- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders including Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, and VPs


- Identify customer requirements and align suitable EDA and Verification IP solutions


- Develop and expand territory/customer relationships to achieve business targets


- Conduct product demonstrations and technical solution presentations


- Work closely with internal technical and business teams to drive successful closures


Required Skills:


- 3-10+ years of experience in EDA / VLSI Sales


- Strong understanding of Verification IP products and EDA solutions


- Proven experience in enterprise sales and business development


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills


- Ability to handle complex sales cycles and technical solution selling


- Strong relationship-building and territory management experience


Preferred Candidate Profile:


- Experience in Semiconductor or Electronic Design Automation industry


- Technical expertise to demo and position EDA solutions effectively


- Self-driven and target-oriented professional with strong business acumen
