
Job Title: Manager - Sales
Location: Chennai(WFO) and Anywhere in India(WFH)
Experience: 5-10 Years
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead new client acquisition efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong hunter mindset who can identify opportunities, build pipelines, and close high-value deals in the AI/SaaS space
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end new business acquisition in target markets and industries
- Identify, prospect, and engage with key decision-makers (CXOs, founders, senior stakeholders)
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
- Lead consultative sales conversations and deliver compelling product demos
- Develop customized proposals aligned with client business objectives
- Negotiate and close high-value deals
- Work closely with product and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales / enterprise sales / SaaS sales
- Proven track record in new client acquisition and revenue generation
- Strong experience of Indian Market.
- Strong network and experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and sell technology/AI-driven solutions
- Experience managing long sales cycles and complex deals
- Highly self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset
