Role & Responsibilities


You will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships while driving new customer acquisition by closing high-value sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare for sales calls by conducting in-depth research and building customized sales decks and pitches.

- Lead prospective client discussions, deliver product pitches, and successfully close new business deals.

- Position Xoxoday's products as effective solutions to address prospective clients' business challenges and requirements.

- Own and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.

- Build, maintain, and grow a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities while ensuring accurate sales forecasting.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to manage complex sales opportunities.

- Demonstrate flexibility to work across different shifts and time zones, as required.

- Maintain high standards of communication, professionalism, and client engagement at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate or equivalent qualification.

- 4-6 years of proven experience in SaaS sales.

- Strong ability to hunt for new business and effectively manage a sales pipeline.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and written skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.

- A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

- Strong listening skills with a keen interest in consultative selling techniques.

- High energy, positive attitude, and resilience to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified opportunities.

- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask while maintaining high-quality output.
