Role Overview:

As a Sales Manager (SaaS) at Talent Pro, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our footprint within existing accounts. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role directly impacts Talent Pro's market share and contributes to the overall success of our SaaS offerings by effectively communicating the value proposition and tailoring solutions to meet specific client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the target market, focusing on SaaS-based HR solutions.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Talent Pro's SaaS offerings to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a SaaS environment.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong understanding of the SaaS sales process and methodologies.

- Ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of complex software solutions.

- Experience in IT sales, specifically within the HR technology space, is highly preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in IT Sales, Sales, SaaS, Client Engagement, and Account Management.
