Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager at Talent Pro, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading a team of sales professionals focused on acquiring new SaaS clients in the Mumbai region. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients and contribute to the overall success of Talent Pro.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of Talent Pro's SaaS solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress against targets and provide insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral and marketing campaigns.
Required Skillset:
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and the talent management landscape.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in IT Sales is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in SaaS sales.
