We are looking for a results-driven Brand Sales-Manager with proven experience in the Recycling industries (plastic, rubber, or environmental sales).
The ideal candidate will have a strong industry network, a strategic sales mindset, and the ability to drive brand growth in competitive markets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to build brand partnerships to sell PFC recycled plastics.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors (automotive, packaging, construction, FMCG, etc.
- Manage existing customer accounts and ensure consistent order flow.
- Coordinate with R&D and technical teams to offer customized solutions based on client needs.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with procurement, technical, and decision-making teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to recommend changes.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to generate leads and network.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations to customers.
- Maintain CRM tools with updated sales pipeline and client information.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the plastics or polymers industry.
- Good understanding of plastic materials and applications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
