POSITION PROFILE:

- The Manager - Luxury Sales will be responsible for driving high-value revenue closures through strategic channel partner management, structured sourcing governance, and premium buyer engagement.

- This role requires a strong understanding of luxury buyer psychology, consultative selling, partner influence management, and conversion optimization in high-ticket real estate transactions.

- The incumbent will act as a revenue custodian, brand evangelist, and premium experience enabler for the luxury portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Channel Partner Management:

- Manage and deepen relationships with P0, P1, and high-performing luxury-focused Channel Partners.

- Curate a specialized partner ecosystem aligned with ultra-premium buyer segments.

- Replace underperforming partners through structured evaluation and benchmarking.

- Conduct luxury-focused training workshops on pitch sophistication, pricing articulation, and objection handling.

2. Revenue & Conversion Ownership

- Drive defined revenue targets for the luxury portfolio.

- Monitor lead-to-walk-in and walk-in-to-booking conversion metrics.

- Personally build equity and relationships with HNIs and facilitate high-value negotiations and critical closures.

- Drive revisits with incremental storytelling and product and experiential engagement towards stronger product and brand consideration.

3. Customer Experience & Engagement

- Ensure premium customer journey standards are maintained from first interaction to closure.

- Maintain high quality relationship and engagement with priority prospects.

- Manage post-booking engagement in alignment with brand expectations.

4. Market & Intelligence

- Track competitor luxury launches, pricing movements, and positioning narratives.

- Provide structured market feedback to marketing and leadership teams.

- Identify evolving luxury buyer preferences and recommend positioning refinements.

- Adhere to premiumized brand experience towards differentiated and polished storytelling. Classy, understated and powerful - not flashy.

5. Cross-Functional Alignment

- Coordinate closely with CRM, Marketing and Legal to ensure seamless documentation, collections, and delivery timelines.

- Ensure pricing decks, availability sheets, and sales kits are always updated and aligned.

6. Executional Scope

- Conduct weekly partner performance reviews and pipeline audits.

- Review daily sourcing inflow and conversion status.

- Maintain real-time inventory intelligence.

- Supervise pitch consistency and premium presentation standards.

- Monitor closure TAT (Turnaround Time) from first interaction to booking.

- Ensure disciplined CRM hygiene and funnel tracking.

- Drive revisits through structured follow ups and relationship building

7. Performance Dimensions

- Revenue achievement (monthly / quarterly)

- Channel Partner performance depth and quality

- Conversion ratio optimization

- Average ticket-size enhancement

- Premium buyer experience continuity

b) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Revenue booked (monthly / quarterly)

- Lead-to-walk-in ratio

- Walk-in-to-booking ratio

- Walk-in to revisit ratio

- Revisit to closure ratio

- Average realization per unit

- Closure TAT

c) Desired Candidate Profile:

- Should have worked with any luxury project in Delhi/NCR for minimum 2 years.

- Must possess good interpersonal & presentation skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification

- 5+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales

- Experience with Tier 1 real estate developers preferred
