The Sales Manager - Real Estate is responsible for driving project-level sales performance, managing the sales team, achieving revenue targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across residential and/or commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution & Target Achievement:

- Drive sales for assigned real estate projects, ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

- Execute sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.

- Track and improve lead conversion ratios and overall sales productivity.

Team & Channel Management:

- Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.

- Coordinate with channel partners and brokers to maximize sales reach.

- Conduct regular training and performance reviews.

- Customer Experience & Relationship Management

- Ensure a customer-centric sales approach from lead generation to closure.

- Handle key client negotiations and support deal closures.

- Maintain strong post-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

- Monitor local market trends, competitor pricing, and inventory movement.

- Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and forecasts using CRM systems.

- Provide insights to leadership to support decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and a data-driven sales approach.

- Good understanding of local real estate markets and customer preferences.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
