Role Overview:
The Manager Sales is responsible for executing sales strategies for assigned residential projects. This role involves managing relationships with channel partners and individual buyers, generating leads, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end sales process.
The Manager will contribute to revenue growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with brokers, channel partners, and referral networks.
- Conduct property site visits, customer presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Handle negotiations, address queries, and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads, track progress, and report regularly on sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to
management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in real estate sales or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and reporting systems is a plus.
