About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and high-performing Sales Manager-(Sourcing/ Closing) profile with a proven track record in premium real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive large-ticket transactions from sourcing to closure.
This role demands strategic thinking, a strong network, and the capability to lead a results-driven team in achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to deliver consistent revenue growth.
- Business Development: Drive lead generation through channel partners, corporate tie-ups, networking, and premium customer acquisition.
- Deal Structuring & Closure: Negotiate high-value transactions, ensuring smooth documentation, compliance, and payment execution.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and buyer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Performance Management: Set clear sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, institutional buyers, and channel partners for repeat and referral business.
Candidate Profile:
- 8-15 years of experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 45 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to close premium/high-value property transactions.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Well-connected with HNI networks, brokers, and corporate real estate circles.
- In-depth understanding of local property markets, regulations, and buyer behavior.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
