We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives in the cardiology and digital health ecosystem. The role involves working closely with cardiologists, hospitals, and patient engagement teams to drive patient acquisition and business growth.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives in the cardiology and digital health ecosystem. The role involves working closely with cardiologists, hospitals, and patient engagement teams to drive patient acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive end-to-end business outcomes within the assigned territory.

- Build and manage relationships with interventional cardiologists, hospitals, and clinics.

- Present and explain healthcare/digital health programs through presentations, demos, and meetings.

- Onboard and engage doctors to increase patient referrals and lead generation.

- Coordinate with patient counselling teams to improve patient conversions and onboarding.

- Manage key hospital and doctor relationships as the primary point of contact.

- Monitor and improve patient counselling and lead conversion processes.

- Ensure seamless operational coordination between hospitals, doctors, and internal teams.

- Handle escalations and maintain service quality across partner hospitals and clinics.

Candidate Profile :

2-7 years of experience in:

1. Cardiology sales

2. Doctor sales

3. Hospital sales

4. Medical devices

5. Pharma sales

6. Patient counselling / patient engagement

- Strong exposure to cardiologists and hospital ecosystem preferred.

- Team handling or people management exposure will be an advantage.

- Strong communication and relationship management skills.

- Comfortable with field sales and stakeholder engagement.

- Basic proficiency in technology tools such as Excel, presentations, apps, etc.
