Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new leads through cold calls and other prospecting methods.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
- Negotiate effectively with customers to close sales while ensuring mutual benefit.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
- Follow up with customers on payments and maintain healthy account receivables.
- Manage relationships with private and government sector clients.
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve regional targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in analytical instruments, with exposure to Petrochemical, Oil & Gas sectors preferred.
- Strong understanding of gas industry, petrochemical processes, and analytical instrumentation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability.
