- Understand client travel preferences, budgets, and interests to design bespoke holiday packages.
- Prepare, present, and finalize detailed customized itineraries for international destinations.
- Generate new leads, manage walk-in clients, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2C and HNI clients.
- Stay abreast of travel trends, hotel offerings, tours, and updated visa/immigration norms.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless execution of travel itineraries.
- Ensure high standards of service, customer satisfaction, and repeat/referral business.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Desired Profile:
- Proven experience in selling customized international holiday packages.
- Strong destination knowledge (Europe, Australia, New Zealand; other outbound destinations an advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive sales ability.
- Experience in managing B2C / HNI client portfolios.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and travel booking systems.
- Customer-first mindset with attention to detail and service excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver under tight timelines.
Education & Qualifications:
- Preferred: MBA in Sales/Marketing or a specialized diploma in Travel & Tourism.
- Experience Required: 7-10 years (with minimum 4 years in a senior/managerial role in the travel industry)
