Role & Responsibilities:

1. Business Health: Monitor and maintain the overall health of sales operations, ensuring adherence to sales processes and protocols.

2. Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer information, pricing, and other critical sales data within the system.

3. Analyze Sales Data: Scrutinize sales figures to detect trends, patterns, and opportunities for expansion.

4. Monitor KPIs: Keep a close watch on KPIs to track sales performance and spotlight areas for improvement.

5. Reporting: Craft detailed sales reports, dashboards, and presentations to convey insights and recommendations effectively.

6. Forecasting and Planning: Aid in the forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning of sales activities and performance metrics.

7. Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact between the HO and field sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and process alignment.

8. Administrative: Assist sales teams with administrative tasks, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and order processing.

9. Manage the timely processing and reconciliation of credit and debit notes in coordination with the finance department.

10. Resolve any disputes related to CN-DN and ensure smooth interaction with finance and sales teams.

11. Oversee the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the agreed terms.

12. Ensure invoices are issued on time and follow up on payment collections as needed.

13. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within all reporting processes.
