About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Manager - Sales Operations to lead and oversee the end-to-end sales operations for global markets. This role requires strong leadership, export market experience, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Order & Inventory Management:
- Lead the full cycle of international order processing, planning, and execution.
- Oversee coordination with production, planning, QC, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Review and optimize inventory planning to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
2. Sales Operations Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of sales coordinators and executives.
- Build effective sales operations processes and ensure timely communication between teams.
- Align product offerings, pricing, and specifications with market requirements.
3. Data Analytics & Business Reporting:
- Analyze sales performance, product trends, and market data to support strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and sales forecasts.
- Present insights and recommendations to management for business planning.
4. Client Relationship & Account Management:
- Act as a senior point of contact for international clients.
- Handle escalations, customer queries, and post-sales follow-up professionally.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship building.
5. Compliance & Export Documentation:
- Oversee export documentation, customs requirements, and compliance with international standards.
- Ensure accuracy in shipping documents, certifications, and regulatory paperwork.
6. Process Improvement & Efficiency:
- Identify gaps in operational workflows and implement improvements.
- Lead initiatives to automate processes and enhance efficiency.
- Reduce operational delays, errors, and costs through strategic planning.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in jewellery or export-driven industries.
- Strong understanding of global market operations, export documentation, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, MIS, and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
