Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to play a pivotal role in their mission to generate revenue and foster partnerships. As a Sales Associate,
your primary focus will be on closing deals and creating partnerships that cater to the student demographic, contributing significantly to their financial growth.
Responsibilities:
1.Sales and Partnership Generation:
- Actively prospect and identify potential clients and partners in industries focussed on young consumers
- Initiate and conduct negotiations, with the goal of closing deals and forming profitable partnerships.
2.Revenue Generation:
- Set and achieve revenue targets in line with company objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and partnership opportunities.
3.Client and Partner Relationships:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the Head of Client Servicing to sell and execute hand-in-hand.
4. Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
5. Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, deal progress, and revenue.
- Regularly report on sales performance and projections to the management team.
6. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and partnership development.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of the media and tech industry, with a focus on the student demographic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
- Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and demands.
