Job Location: Mumbai (On-site role)

KEY REPONSIBILITIES:

- Excel at crafting powerful partnerships with International B2B clients enabling transformative growth and success.

- Ability to do market research of the focused business segments like Asia-Pacific or North America

- Develops sales strategy to satisfy business plan objectives as well as to maximize sales opportunities in the media agency industry

- Partnering with other agencies to outsource their business.

- Develops sales forecasts and control expenses in line with the budget.

- Understanding the customer requirements and effectively communicates with the marketing team to align objectives.

- Maintain and build knowledge of customer's industry as well products and markets to target opportunities.

- Keeps abreast of competitive activities, prices and new business opportunities and maintains extensive business knowledge.

- Provides on-going support and follow-up to ensure timely shipment of orders and customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for relationship building at the highest level

- Track, maintain and communicate reports of the activities and achievements completed

CANDIDATES PROFILE

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact and coordinate activities with internal support team and customers.

- Proven track record of a successful sales career in the media agency industry

- Experience in developing business in International Markets will be an advantage

- Proven track record of successfully working within sales and support Teams.

- Experience in CRM softwares like Hubspot, Zoho, Pipedrive
