Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed secondary sales targets within the assigned territory.

- Territory Coverage: Systematic coverage of mapped Dentists and Dental Resellers to ensure product availability and brand recall.

- Key Account Management: Build and maintain high-value relationships with major dental clinics and hospitals.

- Professional Engagement: Execute Health Care Professional (HCP) and Customer Service (CS) activities, including technical workshops and product demonstrations.

- Market Penetration: Identify and onboard new dental resellers to strengthen the distribution network.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Mandatory Skills:

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills to present technical product benefits to medical professionals.

- Selling Excellence: Proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical device sales; ability to handle objections and close deals.

- Customer Management: Expertise in managing key stakeholders and navigating the decision-making process in clinical environments.

Desired Skills:

- Territory Mapping: Ability to strategically segment the geography for maximum efficiency and coverage.

- Channel Management: Deep understanding of the distributor-to-retailer value chain.
