- Drive sales and business development for Machinery Loan products in the assigned territory.
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research to build a strong pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers including manufacturers, traders, and dealers in the machinery sector.
- Conduct detailed customer needs analysis and recommend suitable loan products (Machinery Loan, Business Loan, LAP, Mortgage) that align with their financial requirements.
- Coordinate with credit, documentation, and legal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to strategize sales approaches.
- Conduct product presentations and workshops for customers and channel partners.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC/AML, and internal policies throughout the sales process.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales of Business Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), Mortgage, or Machinery Loans.
- Strong understanding of lending products and credit appraisal process.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of the Chennai and Coimbatore market dynamics will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned locations as required
