Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager IT Staff Augmentation (IT Staffing-India) who has a strong track record of selling IT staffing services to large IT companies (Tier-1, Global MNCs, and top Indian IT firms).
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the IT hiring landscape, strong client relationships, and proven success in expanding staffing business revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the IT services and enterprise sectors for staffing solutions.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by ensuring consistent delivery, satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Sell permanent staffing, contract staffing, and project-based hiring solutions to large IT companies.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, Talent Acquisition teams, and Procurement.
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of profiles and fulfilment of client needs.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with enterprise-level clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through proactive business development.
- Stay updated with industry trends, hiring demands, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing Sales, working with large IT companies.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, hiring processes, and staffing models.
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong network within the IT industry.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
