About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive sales of industrial computing, AIDC, and barcode solutions across multiple industry verticals including Manufacturing, Automotive, Warehousing, Retail, Healthcare, E-commerce, and Logistics. This is a pure revenue-generating role with end-to-end ownership of sales, business development, and customer relationship management in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies to expand the footprint of industrial computing and AIDC technology solutions.

- Drive sales of products such as industrial computers, embedded boards, Point of Sales (PoS) Box PCs, Panel PCs, barcode printers, scanners, RFID solutions, and industrial mobility devices.

- Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise and mid-sized accounts, system integrators, and channel partners.

- Actively pursue new business through cold calling, emailing, and field visits, with significant time spent on face-to-face meetings.

- Cultivate long-term relationships with Plant Managers, IT Heads, Operations Heads, CIOs, Procurement teams, and other stakeholders.

- Conduct customer education, solution presentations, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives.

- Prepare account development plans, track progress, and ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.

- Represent the organization at industry exhibitions, seminars, and customer meetings.

- Provide technical guidance and solution consultation to clients in collaboration with internal engineering teams.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.

- Experience: 5 - 10 years of field sales experience in technology, industrial computing, AIDC, barcode printing, or hardware solution sales ,Point of Sales (PoS).

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of industrial workflows, manufacturing operations, labeling, and barcoding use cases.

- Existing network with OEMs, system integrators, and industrial clients is preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and travel across the assigned region as needed.

- Fluency in regional language is a plus.
