Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong expertise in IT Infrastructure product sales, including servers, storage, networking, and security solutions. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record in driving enterprise-level engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product sales for servers, storage, networking, and security solutions.
- Understand and articulate service delivery methodologies and industry frameworks.
- Leverage automation tools and services knowledge to enhance sales conversations.
- Engage in strategic, conceptual, and consultative selling with business and IT stakeholders.
- Respond effectively to large services RFPs.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle using CRM tools.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and a robust client base.
- Maintain relationships with key OEM partners.
- Work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure products and solutions and Indian Market.
- Proven ability in consultative sales and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to set priorities and manage workloads independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- MBA or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration preferred.
