The role will lead IT enablement for all Sales systems and anchor key digital initiatives supporting the Sales function. The incumbent will ensure seamless functioning, optimization, and continuous improvement of Sales IT systems to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted functioning of all Sales IT systems
- Drive the target-setting process in line with defined timelines
- Lead technical and digital initiatives, including alternate channel GTM enablement
- Manage incentive computation and payout processes for field force and distributors
- Own key Sales dashboards and ensure data accuracy and hygiene
- Oversee resourcing and support for Sales IT and related systems
