We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to lead IT Sales.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven background in enterprise sales, strong relationships with senior decision-makers, and the ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.
- This role is critical in expanding our market footprint, driving revenue growth, and building strategic client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by strategically selling IT solutions to enterprise clients.
- Identify, develop, and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and industry relationships.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, demos, and workshops tailored to client needs and industry challenges.
- Lead commercial discussions, respond to RFPs, negotiate contracts, and close deals with favorable terms.
- Collaborate internally with marketing, customer success, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on sales strategy and client delivery.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, monitor sales activities, and provide accurate and timely forecasts to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in enterprise sales, preferably selling complex IT infrastructure, enterprise software, or cybersecurity solutions.
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles end-to-end-from lead generation to closure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related fields.
- High level of drive, ownership, and customer orientation.
