We are looking for a driven and experienced IT Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT products and services, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
Identify new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT products and solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field;
- Proven 5+ experience in IT sales or technology solutions sales.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
