- We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to fuel growth by strategically selling an advanced HRMS platform.
- The ideal candidate will have solid HR Tech domain knowledge, strong communication skills, and a successful track record in B2B SaaS sales.
- The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure across mid-to-large-sized enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business through research, cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Deliver customized product demos and client-focused presentations
- Understand client HR challenges and recommend suitable HRMS solutions
- Maintain a strong pipeline via CRM and follow up consistently
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to align client expectations
- Draft and present proposals, respond to RFPs, and create pricing plans
- Engage and negotiate with senior decision-makers (CHROs, CFOs, CEOs)
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and product updates
- Represent the company at events, HR forums, and industry meetups
Candidate Profile:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or HR (MBA preferred)
- 4-6 years (AM/DM level) or 8-10 years (Manager/Sr. Manager level) in B2B sales
- Experience in selling HRMS, Payroll, PMS, or related solutions is a must
- Familiar with HR functions and enterprise digital transformation trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable engaging with C-level executives in a consultative sales approach
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales tracking
- Willing to travel for meetings and product demonstrations
