Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Manager to join our team.


This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, premium builders, as well as individual villa and bungalow owners.

The ideal candidate will play an essential part in managing day-to-day operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with architects, interior designers, premium builders, and individual villa/bungalow owners to foster long-term business partnerships.

- Customer Engagement: Develop strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients and walking customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

- Needs Assessment and Solutions: Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their needs and expectations.

- Gallery Management: Oversee the daily operations of the gallery, ensuring the showroom is well-organized, stocked, and aesthetically aligned with company standards.

- Sales & Merchandising: Manage all sales and merchandising activities within the gallery, ensuring product displays are appealing and effectively marketed to drive sales.

- Reporting & Coordination: Prepare and submit weekly sales, inventory, and delivery reports, ensuring timely product deliveries and efficient payment collections.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills:


- Master's in any related field.

- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or a similar role, preferably in the design, interior, or Luxury Retail industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to assess client needs and provide creative solutions.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools.

- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
