Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote cooling towers, spares, and service solutions.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and end users.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, technical discussions, proposal preparation, negotiations, and order closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, project managers, and procurement teams.
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure technical compliance and timely project execution.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimations, and tender submissions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery schedules, and customer support.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and project discussions.
