Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets for ceramic fiber products.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, client meetings, and participation in tenders.
- Collaborate with Technical, Operations, and Erection teams to align specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and present technical-commercial offers; negotiate and finalize orders with customers and contractors.
- Coordinate with internal departments (CAD, Purchase, Logistics, and Factory) for BOQ approvals, dispatches, and project execution.
- Manage customer billing, advance collections, and follow-ups for outstanding payments.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales of ceramic fiber or related industrial/insulation products.
- Strong technical knowledge of thermal insulation materials and industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
