Manager - Sales - Industrial Equipment

Qualification:

- BE / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales of capital goods / industrial equipment

- Strong experience in technical sales and business development and knowledge of Induction Processes is a MUST.

- Experience in the automotive industry will be preferred

Required Technical Skills:

- Must have strong knowledge and experience in selling capital goods and industrial equipment

- Must have good knowledge of selling technical engineering products

- Must have good understanding of the automotive industry and its manufacturing processes

- Strong knowledge of B2B industrial sales and business development

- Ability to understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable solutions

- Good knowledge of market analysis, competitor activities, pricing and commercial negotiations - Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills

- Ability to prepare sales proposals, quotations and commercial offers

- Good understanding of sales targets, forecasting and order conversion
