
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving Monitizer sales growth, mainly within the foundry industry.
- This role focuses on proactively developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and build strong customer relationships. The Sales Manager acts as the primary commercial contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met while promoting Monitizer products and solutions.
Responsibilities: The Sales Manager is responsible to:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for the Monitizer suite, with main focus on acquiring new customers.
- Drive digital sales success by negotiating and closing contracts with current and potential customers.
- Lead customer acquisition initiatives by running targeted campaigns, delivering compelling sales pitches, and participating in industry events with clear success criteria (to drive pipeline generation).
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, maintaining disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Train and empower sales colleagues, agents, and customer champions on our digital solutions to strengthen market adoption.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Monitizer Teams, Sales (OEM&AM), Project Management, Finance, HR/Admin, and Marketing throughout the sales lifecycle to identify optimal solutions, ensuring maximum ROI for Monitizer and our customers.
- Analyse market, competitor, and customer insights and share them with TC colleagues to support and accelerate sales.
- Act as the primary commercial contact for customers and prospects, through remote and on-site engagement.
- Prepare value-based technical proposals aligned with customer business outcomes, in close collaboration with Monitizer colleagues.
- Prepare, negotiate, and close quotes, contracts, and subscription agreements.
- Maintain strong post-sale customer relationships with strategic customers to ensure long-term value realization
Qualifications & Experience: Graduation in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institute with good academic record.
- Overall experience of 8 to 10 years, with a minimum 2 years of experience selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions, preferably within the manufacturing, automotive, or casting industries.
- Proven expertise in value-based selling, including experience with revenue-sharing subscription pricing models.
