We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our HRMS / SaaS solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling enterprise HR technology or SaaS platforms, with a proven track record of building client relationships, managing sales cycles, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for our HRMS / SaaS solutions in the mid-market and enterprise segment.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry connects.
- Conduct product demos, client presentations, and solutioning discussions tailored to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with product, presales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
- Develop account strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Monitor competition, market trends, and provide feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3+ years in SaaS / HR Tech / HRMS product sales.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, attendance, performance, recruitment, etc.) and ability to map product benefits to client pain points.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage C-level and HR leadership stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles (36 months).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, with strong business acumen.
