Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager HRBP to join our team in Kolkata, within the Consumer Durable Industry. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to drive organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Your contributions will directly impact employee engagement, talent development, and overall business performance, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent to maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate them into actionable HR plans that support business growth.

- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

- Manage the performance management process, providing guidance to managers on setting clear expectations, delivering constructive feedback, and developing employee growth plans.

- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Lead employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment, improving employee satisfaction and retention.

- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market trends, while also complying with legal requirements.

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application and compliance.

- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights, using this information to drive data-driven decision-making and improve HR effectiveness.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- Comfortable working in Kolkata.
