Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the luxury interiors segment. The ideal candidate comes from a luxury hotel retail sales background or premium hospitality company and has a strong network with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), interior designers, and architects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with HNIs, interior designers, architects, and premium hospitality clients.
- Drive B2B and B2C sales for luxury decor materials (custom cushions, furniture, curtains, etc).
- Identify and close new business opportunities in premium residential and hospitality projects.
- Conduct product presentations, showroom visits, and client meetings.
- Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and relationship-building.
- Work closely with design and production teams for client customizations.
- Represent the brand at luxury exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
Key Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in luxury hotel retail sales or premium hospitality sales.
- Strong network and proven track record in selling high-value, design-driven products/services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for luxury interiors, design aesthetics, and customer experience.
- Based in Mumbai or Delhi (or willing to relocate).
- Self-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
