Job Title: Sales Manager Hospitality

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our business footprint.

In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, nurture strong client relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.

You will play a key role in creating and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Regular engagement with clients and industry stakeholders to promote the hotels offerings will also be an essential part of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.

- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitor offerings, and potential growth areas.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to clients.

- Negotiate contracts and manage the end-to-end sales process.

- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

- Represent the hotel at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, driving a results-oriented culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

- Strong marketing and promotional skills, with the ability to craft and implement effective campaigns.

- Proficient in market research and analysis to identify business opportunities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

- Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is preferred.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

- Ability to work on-site and travel as required.
