Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HORECA and Institutions segment, expanding our presence pan India.
2. CSD Listings: Manage and maintain listings with CSD (Army, Navy Canteen) and other institutional clients.
3. Distributor Management: Develop and maintain a strong network of distributors across India, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
4. Commercial Operations: Understand and navigate the commercial workings of the HORECA and Institutions channel, including pricing, promotions, and payment terms.
5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in HORECA and Institutions, as well as with distributors and other stakeholders.
6. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets, including identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
