We are hiring an Sales Manager - Hardware / Sanitary / Kitchen Fittings for Punjab region.
The role involves driving sales, handling distributors & dealers, and expanding our secondary market network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales & collection targets through effective channel management.
- Appoint & manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
- Conduct market visits, monitor beat coverage, and ensure product visibility.
- Build relations with architects, interior designers & contractors.
- Lead & guide sales executives to meet business goals.
- Execute branding, plumber/carpenter meets, and local promotions.
- Ensure timely reporting, payment follow-ups & stock management.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 5-10 years of experience in hardware, sanitaryware, or building material sales.
- Strong channel sales exposure in Punjab region.
- Leadership, negotiation & communication skills.
Location: Ludhiana / Punjab.
