Key Requirements:
- Full-time MBA graduate with 3 to 8 years of experience in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities with government clients, social welfare organizations, and other large institutions.
- Proven track record in government sales, strong negotiation skills, and expertise in navigating government procurement processes.
- Mus have experience in Government Business and Large Institutions Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement a sales strategy targeting Government Departments, Social Welfare Trusts, and other large institutions.
- Tender & Procurement Management: Identify and pursue business opportunities within government tenders, RFPs, and other procurement channels.
- Contract Matrix & Activation Planning: Build a contract matrix with key government decision-makers and collaborate with the brand team to plan and execute activations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with government officials, policymakers, and key influencers.
- Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions.
- Servicing Strategies: Analyze systems at key government institutions and craft customized servicing strategies aligned with client expectations.
