Job Description.

Title: FMCG Sales Manager.

Location: Navi Mumbai.

Experience: Minimum 7 years in FMCG last 2 years managerial experience.

Reports To: COO.

Role: Responsible for driving the sourcing and export of Indian food & beverage FMCG products and brands to target markets internationally.

This involves:

- Deliver on revenue targets.

- Manage a high performance team.

- Build relationships with suppliers and distributor.

- Expand export to new countries, new markets and new clients.

- Maintain a high degree of transparency in deals.

- Consistently focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and present sales strategy and annual operating plan.

- Flawless execution of sales orders.

- Analyze market trends, emerging customer needs, and competitor activity.

- Effective use of government policies, promotional activities and trade initatives to company's advantage.

- Build, lead, and manage a winning team.

- Reporting of plan vs performance, opportunities and challenges.

- Build and maintain an enduring relationships with customers.

- Effective and prompt communication.

- Professional negotiation of contracts, pricing, and other terms with vendors and customers.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue.

- Use analytics to improve decision making and planning.

- Optimize the use of resources.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

- Role model personal integrity and promote ethical standards.

- Keep company's brand and image at the center of all managerial actions.

Ideal candidate:

- Bachelor's degree.

- MBA in Marketing or foreign trade will be an added advantage.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG, of which last 2 years in a managerial role looking after FMCG export.

- Proven track record of sales performance.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel internationally.

- Age no bar.
