Role Overview:
We are seeking a Manager - Sales to drive growth and expand our client portfolio in Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore markets. This is a high-impact individual contributor role, ideal for seasoned professionals who thrive on building relationships, creating value-driven solutions, and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities in corporate, enterprise, and SME segments for fleet and mobility solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, solution presentation, negotiations, and closures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and service teams to ensure customer success.
- Achieve revenue and growth targets consistently.
What We're Looking For:
- 8-14 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fleet management, SAAS, automotive, logistics, or allied industries.
- Proven track record of consultative selling and meeting/ exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to map customer needs into solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset - ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
