Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Drive lead generation through multiple channels, including cold calling, client visits, and networking.
- Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting value and features.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Prepare, analyse, and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of brand management, market dynamics, sales strategy, and network development.
Qualifications:
- 6 to 12 years of mandatory experience in sales, preferably in a senior or client-facing role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and close high-value deals independently.
- Educational qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in Fitness Equipment Sales is highly preferred
- Candidates from Pharma, Insurance or Hospitality sales with a strong sales track record will also be considered
