Roles & Responsibilities - Formulate comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion in domestic/international markets. - Provide leadership and guidance to the international sales team, setting clear goals and targets, and fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence. - Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth in target regions. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention. - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel development, to expand the company's market reach and revenue streams. - Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate accurate sales forecasts and reports to assess progress towards targets and inform strategic decision-making. - Lead negotiations of contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes while safeguarding the company's interests and profitability. - Mentor, coach, and develop sales team members, providing ongoing training and support to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance. - Collaborate closely with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business strategies and objectives.
