Role Overview:
Were looking for a hands-on enabler who can empower our sales team with the right tools, training, and content.If you love building pitch decks, creating onboarding journeys, and designing sales processes rather focusing on building smart sales tools, onboarding programs, and scalable playbooks., that actually get used lets talk!

Key Responsibilities:
Build Sales Tools & Collateral
- Create 20+ high-impact sales assets monthly pitch decks, email templates, ROI calculators, etc.
- Develop easy-to-use playbooks for K12, Higher Ed, and Corporate Training segments.
- Turn complex ideas into compelling one-pagers, case studies, and battle cards.
- Maintain a searchable library of 100+ sales materials with usage tracking.
Train & Enable Sales Teams
- Run weekly 30-minute micro-trainings on product updates, objections, and pitch tactics.
- Cut onboarding time from 60 to 30 days through structured learning paths.
- Offer 1:1 coaching using real sales calls and deal analysis.
- Create certification programs to ensure new hires master the value proposition in 30 days.
Improve Sales Processes
- Document and scale top-performing sales tactics and processes.
- Implement proven sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler) tailored to our needs.
- Drive CRM (Zoho) usage and integrate key sales enablement tools.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with sales to collect feedback and iterate.
Track Performance & Insights
- Monitor usage of tools and measure their impact on revenue, win rates, and cycle time.
- Share clear ROI reports with leadership.
- Keep competitor battlecards up-to-date using win/loss data and feedback loops.
What Were Looking For:
Experience:
- 5-10 years in sales enablement, GTM operations, or B2B sales
- Hands-on experience creating high-impact enablement tools (portfolio preferred)
- Worked with remote/distributed sales teams
- Background in EdTech, SaaS, or education-focused B2B a strong plus
Skills:
- CRM Tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho (preferred)
- Design Tools: PowerPoint, Canva; video creation tools a bonus
- Enablement Platforms: Highspot, Seismic, or similar
- Analytics: Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau for reporting & insights
